As an advanced injectables specialist, Kelsey has trained RNs, NPs, PAs, doctors, and dentists in anatomy, safety, and beginner through advanced techniques of cosmetic injectables including neuromodulators (Botox/Dysport etc.), fillers (RHA, Juvederm, Restylane etc.), and biostimulators (Radiesse, Sculptra etc.). She is known for comprehensive treatment plans, facial balancing, and patient consultation.
Kelsey is just as passionate about the business of aesthetics as she is about the clinical work. Every aesthetic provider is a business within a business and the non-clinical skills are just as important as treatment technique. Kelsey always includes career development, consultation, and business advice in her trainings and shadowing sessions.
Private Injection Training & Shadowing
Half-day private training + 1 full day shadowing - $4,000
Full-day private training + 2 full days shadowing - $8,000
Includes didactic presentation, then hands-on injections with live patient models. This training is tailored to your needs and can cover a combination of neurotoxins, fillers (with needle and cannula), patient consultation, & career/business development advice. Printed copy of presentation, model patients, and injectable products will be provided. Patients also consent to your use of Before & After photos to build your portfolio. Only available for providers with active California medical license.
*You can invite your colleagues and split the cost. Maximum 4 California licensed medical providers for hands-on portion and maximum 2 providers per shadowing day.
Full-day shadowing (licensed medical providers only) - $1,000
Current and aspiring aesthetic providers are invited tp shadow Kelsey during a typical day at REAL | Aesthetic Medicine + Skincare Science. Kelsey is an open book! Ask her all of your questions throughout the day and expect insights into injection technique, patient consultation, and career/business development advice. Open to licensed medical providers from any state/country, since observation only, no hands-on component.
Small Group Training
Small group training courses may return in 2025, but private training and shadowing are currently being offered. Stay tuned for our next small group training for licensed medical providers at our beautiful office in the heart of California wine country. Each of these are full-day hands on courses 8am-5p with coffee and lunch provided. Kelsey provides patients and products. Patients also consent to your use of Before & After photos to build your portfolio.
